I now have a chinchilla.
His name is Wysiwyg (pronounced wizzy-wig for those of you not in the know) but I forgot what I named him and started calling him Cheerio instead. Go figure. Cheerio it is!

I found another bit of writing in my drafts folder that I don’t quite remember doing. Just another look into the kaleidoscope that is my mind.

If I could
I would pack my car and drive until I ended up somewhere I had never been before. Once I was there I would make my life happen. It would be hard, it would frustrating, and it would be bewildering but I think I could do it.
I spend too much time making plans and walking lines drawn by other people.
I need to truly figure out my own path and stop following chalk outlines.
